Malith Thilakarathne

Malith Thilakarathne is a skilled mobile application developer currently employed at hello again since 2023. Prior to this, Malith served as a Senior Technical Lead at Hatchyard from 2018 to 2023, where leadership in the architecture and development of the OnaWadak software ecosystem was demonstrated. As a co-founder engineer at Hatchyard, Malith contributed to innovative IT and mobile app solutions in Sri Lanka. Experience also includes roles as a social media crew member and Microsoft Student Partner from 2016 to 2018, a software engineer at Kopaas Pty Ltd from 2015 to 2018, and as a cross-platform software developer for the MoraSpirit mobile application. Additional roles involved contributions as a trainee software engineer at Embla Software Innovation and a university trainee at Peoples Bank of Sri Lanka. Malith is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Moratuwa, complementing earlier educational achievements at Ananda College and C.W.W. Kannangara Central College, along with an ESOL qualification from the British Council in Sri Lanka.
