Maya Thornton

Maya Thornton is a dedicated individual currently serving as a Research Assistant at Denison University, collaborating with Professor Bikmen on studies related to social behavior and cognition. Additionally, Maya works as a Red Frame Lab Consultant for Bailey Bug and as an Office Assistant at the Office of First Year Experience, where a strong commitment to supporting new students is demonstrated. Maya also has experience as a Teacher Assistant at Hathaway Brown School, providing care for infants and toddlers. Previously, Maya held the position of Head of Legislative Committee for Jack and Jill of America, Inc., contributing to community initiatives and leadership efforts. Maya is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Clinical Psychology at Denison University, expected to graduate in May 2026.
