Vishal Hathiramani

Vishal Hathiramani has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Vishal is currently the Founder, President, and CEO of Hathiant LLC, a company they started in 2020. Prior to that, they founded Elefante Eyewear in 2018, where they served as the Founder and CEO. At Elefante Eyewear, they developed interchangeable eye frames and secured early-round funding.

Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Vishal worked at ASRC Federal Vistronix from 2014 to 2017. Vishal started as an IV&V Jr. Test Engineer, performing acceptance, regression, and functional testing on mission-critical applications. Vishal gradually advanced to become an IV&V Sr. Software Test Analyst/SME, specializing in Agile/Waterfall methodologies and managing relationships between development and deployment teams. Eventually, they became an IV&V Project Lead/SME, leading various classified projects with zero defects.

Additionally, Vishal has interned at Vistronix and worked as an Administrative Assistant at the National Glass Association. Vishal also had a rotational internship at Vistronix in 2008 and 2010, where they gained valuable experience.

Vishal's educational background includes being a Clemson Business Experience (CBE) Ambassador at Clemson University College of Business and Behavioral Sciences.

Vishal Hathiramani has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing & Management with a Psychology Specialization from Clemson University, which they earned from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended Langley High School from 2005 to 2009. In addition, they have obtained certifications in ITIL Intermediate: Service Strategy from AXELOS Global Best Practice and ITIL v3 Foundation-IT Service Management from ITIL in 2014.
