Declan Devens

Declan Devens, FMVA, is an accomplished Operations Analyst at Hatteras Venture Partners since August 2020, where key responsibilities include financial analysis, due diligence on Healthcare IT investment opportunities, and developing allocation models for multiple venture funds.
