Gene Palecco

Gene Palecco is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the ice hockey and marketing communications sectors. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Hatteras since July 2023, Gene has also held the position of Director, Atlantic at USA Hockey since May 2008, representing its registered membership and overseeing critical tournaments. In addition, Gene has been President & Commissioner of AMHL, Inc. since May 2004, leading a non-profit amateur hockey organization focused on player development. Previous roles include Executive Vice President at Sandy Alexander from June 2016 to July 2023, and Partner at both Gator Communications Group, LLC and PCG, contributing to marketing communication strategies and solutions. Gene's diverse background combines a passion for hockey administration with significant leadership in marketing and communications.
