Eli Rowe's work experience includes being the CEO of WOMBA since 2015, the President of Hatzolah Emergency Air Response Team since 2018, the Chief Executive of PDC Corp. since 1991, a Rescue Paramedic at USAR United Search & Rescue since 2010, the CEO of LionCage Data Security Solutions from 2012 to 2019, and a NYC EMS Paramedic at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital from 1992 to 1996.

Eli Rowe's education history includes obtaining a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Touro University. Additionally, they completed a NYS Paramedic program at NY Downtown Hospital, specializing in NYS LEVEL IV EMT-P / NYC MAC.
