Kaitlin Farrell is a partner in the New York office of Haug Partners, where her practice specializes in patent and intellectual property litigation, including pharmaceutical patent litigation under the Hatch-Waxman Act. Kaitlin has also developed substantial experience litigating patents related to biotechnology and life sciences, medical device, and automotive technology industries. Kaitlin is acutely familiar with all phases of litigation, from pre-suit investigation through trial and appeal, and has argued before the U.S. Patent Trials and Appeals Board. Kaitlin routinely collaborates with fact and expert witnesses, takes and defends depositions, participates in motion practice, and prepares for and participates in all aspects of trial.
