Veronica Charlotte Haugan

Veronica Charlotte Haugan serves as a Project Manager for an autonomous city boat initiative at Haugesund kommune since August 2023, where responsibilities include establishing and managing a test centre for new technology in autonomous vessels. Concurrently, Haugan is a Board Member of Ocean Hyway Cluster. Previous roles include Director of Market Development and Public Relations at TECO2030, CTO at HYDS - Hydrogen Solutions, and Project Manager for Innovation at NCE Maritime CleanTech, focusing on green solutions for the shipping industry. Haugan's extensive experience also includes a decade at Sjøfartsdirektoratet in roles related to innovation, new technologies, and the approval of mobile offshore units and passenger ships.
