Erica Fargiorgio

Erica Fargiorgio is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, technology, and consulting. As the Founder of Haus Consulting since January 2022, Erica provides tailored solutions for business growth through fractional department services in technology, operations leadership, internal systems program management, and organizational change management. Previous roles include Head of Operations & Technology at Inex, Strategic Advisor at Audience, and participation in the Lean Startup Accelerator at the McGill Dobson Centre for Entrepreneurship. Erica has also held director and managerial positions at Lightspeed Commerce, Stingray, Big Bang ERP, Lexalytics, and iperceptions, showcasing a strong background in project management and customer success.
