Laura Pinazza is currently the Director People & Culture at Hauser & Wirth. Prior to this role, Laura worked at Hiltl AG as the Stv. Leitung Human Resources & People Relations. Laura holds a CAS Change Management, Organisationsberatung & -entwicklung IAP from ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences, as well as a CAS Beratung in der Praxis IAP. Laura also graduated from SHL Schweizerische Hotelfachschule Luzern with a Dipl. Hôtelière-Restauratrice HF.
