Didier Knopf has extensive experience in education and nutrition, currently serving as Maître d’enseignement DAES1 EF and Chargé de cours DAES 1 EF at Haute Ecole pédagogique Fribourg since August 2018. In addition, Didier Knopf is an independent nutritionist MCO since May 2022. Previously, Didier Knopf was an Enseignant secondaire I for the Etat de Fribourg from September 2002 to August 2020 and co-owner of B&B La Noisetière from August 2014 to November 2016, which offered unique accommodations in a natural setting. Educational qualifications include a DAES 1 in French, German, and English from Université de Fribourg, a CAS in Family Economics from HEP Fribourg, and multiple nutrition-related diplomas from Ecole suisse de santé romande and Ecole de santé romande, with ongoing studies in nutrition and well-being.
