Jim Robert began their work experience as a Marketing Manager at the American Marketing Association from June 2014 to July 2016. Jim then transitioned to Facebook, where they worked as an Account Manager from July 2016 to August 2018. Following their time at Facebook, they joined Berkshire Hathaway Inc. as a Marketing Director from August 2018 to October 2020. Currently, Jim works as a Marketing Specialist at Haute, where they manage paid media efforts, implements tests for finding new audiences, and leads marketing and lead generation efforts.

Jim Robert completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics/Administrative Studies at the University of California, Riverside from 2012 to 2016. In 2016, they attended Josai International University in Tokyo, studying Media and Cultural Studies. In addition to their formal education, Jim obtained a certification in SEO Training Course from Udemy in May 2017.
