Working to drive effective realisation of a contract spend of £20 Million, Matt has specific oversight of Revenues and Benefits, Customer Services, and HR & Payroll.
Matt also coordinates the annual planning and service improvement elements within the contract. Matt has spent many years working within local government, and has experience leading corporate and operational services, organisation wide programmes, and a clientside function for a significant outsourcing contract.
Matt has also several years’ experience working in a high stakes multi-authority partnership.
