Shayne Madamba

Shayne Madamba has a wealth of experience in the digital marketing industry. Shayne started their career in 2004 at Starcom MediaVest Group as a Senior Research Analyst. Shayne then moved on to Carat, where they held the role of Digital Director and Business Unit Head from 2007 to 2009. In 2009, Shayne joined Universal McCann as a Strategic Business Unit Manager before transitioning to MediaCom as a Communications Planning Manager later that same year.

In 2012, Shayne took on the role of Lecturer at the University of the Philippines while also serving as the General Manager at iProspect from 2014 to 2018, during which they also held the position of Digital Director from 2012 to 2014.

Throughout their career, they have also been involved with various organizations, including the Internet and Mobile Marketing Association of the Philippines (IMMAP), where they served as a Board Member from 2017 to 2018. In 2016, they became a Subject Matter Expert and Course Chair for Digital Media in the Certified Digital Marketer Program.

Currently, Shayne is the Chief Digital Officer at Havas, a role they have held since 2018. Additionally, they are a Senior Lecturer at the University of the Philippines, starting in 2022.

Shayne Madamba received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communication from the University of the Philippines in 2004. Shayne then attended Notre Dame of Greater Manila High School from 1996 to 2000. Prior to that, they completed their elementary education at St. Mary's College of Meycauayan Bulacan from 1993 to 1996. Shayne also spent their early education years at St. Angela's School Brunei Darussalam from 1990 to 1993, focusing on Elementary and Middle School Administration/Principalship. Currently, Shayne is pursuing a Master's degree in Communication Research at the University of the Philippines Diliman, anticipated to be completed in 2025.
