Anita Howard

Anita Howard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in healthcare management and social services. Currently, Anita serves as the Dementia Program Manager at Haven Hospice since January 2021 and has held the position of Director of Social Services at Ayers Health & Rehabilitation Center, LLC since December 2018. Previously, Anita worked at Haven Hospice in various roles, including Call Center/Clinical Staffing Manager and Administrator from August 2015 to December 2018.
