Linda Schlenker

Linda Schlenker, MS, MA, OTR, is an experienced occupational therapist currently working at Haven Home Health Care since June 2023 and has been with Assisted Home Health and Hospice since 2014. Additionally, Linda has been affiliated with Arizona Home Care since February 2019, and previously operated as an independent contractor from 2002 to 2014. Linda also contributed as adjunct faculty at Maricopa Community Colleges from 2004 to 2007. Linda holds a master's degree in Occupational Therapy from Tufts University.
