Rebecca Gilbert has over a decade of experience in retail management and visual merchandising. Currently serving as Florida District Design Manager at Havertys Furniture, Rebecca has held various key positions including General Manager and Branch Manager, where responsibilities include overseeing multiple stores and enhancing customer service standards. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Manager at Coach, focusing on team development and store productivity, as well as supervising Women's Apparel and Accessories at JCPenney, achieving top sales performance in the district. Rebecca's early career included a buying and merchandising internship at Sweet n' Dirty Boutique, alongside a Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Merchandising and Technologies from SUNY Buffalo State College.
