Tânia Carvalho da Silva

Tânia Carvalho da Silva has a diverse work experience with a particular emphasis on training, communications, and business enablement. Tânia currently works at HAVI as a Training & Communications Lead, starting in April 2023. Prior to this, they were a People & Business Enablement Manager at Galp Solar from February 2022 to May 2023. At Galp Solar, they also served as a Training & Quality Manager from June 2021 to March 2022, where they developed training frameworks and implemented Sales and Operations Learning Journeys. Tânia's entrepreneurial skills led their to found and serve as CEO of Inhervoice - Culture of Coaching from March 2020 to April 2023. Additionally, they held roles at Avon, where they managed training programs, certifications, and team development from July 2013 to July 2020. Tânia also handled field support communication management and coordinated various projects during their time at Avon. Before that, Tânia worked as a Sales Manager at GALILEU Formação in 2011.

Tânia Carvalho da Silva is currently pursuing a Licenciatura degree in Economia e Gestão Empresarial at ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management, which they started in 2016 and is expected to complete in 2020. Tânia previously obtained a Licenciatura degree in Ciências da Comunicação from Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa, which they completed from 1998 to 2004. Tânia also holds additional certifications, including the Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) from Scrum.org and the Certificado de Competências Pedagógicas from IEFP.
