Wojciech Duda has extensive experience in human resources, specifically in roles related to HR management and business partnerships. Wojciech has worked at multiple companies, including HAVI, Lundbeck, and Shell. At HAVI, they held various positions, such as People & Communications Director and HR Director for Poland. Wojciech also served as an HR Manager at Lundbeck. During their time at Shell, they had roles as Poland HR Business Partner for Retail, B2B, Trading & Supply, HR Analyst Reporting and MI for Global Retail, Human Resources Services Team Leader, International Mobility Review Project Support Analyst, and HR Systems Support Analyst. In these positions, they implemented HR strategies, managed employee life cycle processes, and provided support for various HR functions.
Wojciech Duda studied English Philology at the University of Silesia in Katowice.
