Shelley Han

Shelley Han, MS MD, currently serves as a Palliative Care Physician at Hawaii Pacific Health, focusing on inpatient palliative care, symptom management, and goals of care discussions, while also participating in the ethics committee and promoting telehealth initiatives. Previous experience includes a Palliative Care Fellowship at UCLA Health, and an Internal Medicine Residency at Kaiser Permanente, where comprehensive training encompassed all major subspecialties of internal medicine. Educational qualifications comprise a Doctor of Medicine from Charles R. Drew University and the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, an MS in Biomedical Engineering from Columbia University, and a BS in Cybernetics from UCLA. Additional expertise in ethics and healthcare consulting was gained through previous roles at Novogenix Laboratories, IMS Consulting, Arthur Andersen, and Princess Cruises.
