Sam Baker

Sam Baker has over two decades of experience in information technology and education. Currently serving as an Information Technology Support Specialist at Hawaii Preparatory Academy since November 2019, Sam provides comprehensive tech support for the K-12 administration, faculty, staff, and students. As the owner of Kokua Digital LLC since June 2008, Sam has a long history of computer consulting that began in Prescott, AZ in 1998. Previous roles include Data Processing User Tech Support II at the Hawaii State Department of Education, IT Specialist at Hamakua Health Center, and Adjunct Instructor positions at both Yavapai College and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, where Sam contributed to curriculum development and taught various computer application classes. Sam's diverse background also includes experience in HR, legal assistance, sales, and marketing communications, complemented by a B.S. in Journalism from California Polytechnic University San Luis Obispo.
