Benjamin Tran

Benjamin Tran is an experienced professional in event management and sales, currently serving as the Catering & Conference Services Manager at Prince Waikiki since September 2022. Prior roles include Sales Manager and Event Services Manager at Ko'olau Ballrooms & Conference Center from January 2018 to September 2022, as well as a brief stint in Alumni Relations at the University of Hawaii Foundation in late 2021. Earlier experience includes positions such as Marketing & Events Coordinator at Hickam Communities, Development & Program Coordinator at the American Lung Association, and Operations Supervisor at Worldstar DMC. Benjamin also held roles in event coordination and administration at Pacific Aviation Museum Pearl Harbor, Kamehameha Schools, and Hawaii RED Style, where skills in logistics, client relations, and promotional planning were developed. Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, completed in 2013.
