James Muller

James Muller is an accomplished IT leader with extensive experience in managing technology projects and teams across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Manager of IT Engineering - End User Services at Hawaiian Airlines since May 2018, James has driven significant technological innovations and optimized performance in various capacities, including previous roles as IT Project Manager. Prior to Hawaiian Airlines, James spent over a decade at Hewlett Packard Enterprise in leadership positions, overseeing IT service delivery for military clients and managing diverse teams to enhance operational effectiveness. James also founded a website design business and has a robust academic background, holding multiple degrees from Hawaii Pacific University, including an MSIS and MBA, complemented by a foundational experience in the United States Marine Corps.
