Shakir Whitehead

Shakir Whitehead is an experienced professional in the massage therapy field with a career spanning over ten years. Currently serving as the Assistant Manager at Hawaiian Experience Spa since April 2016, Shakir also holds roles as an Inventor and Entrepreneur at Newlyfe Inc. since June 2012, and as a Licensed Massage Therapist while being self-employed since May 2011. Specializing in various massage techniques including Trigger Point, Deep Tissue, Sports, Swedish, and Lomi Lomi, Shakir has worked in diverse environments, including spas and with the NFL's New York Giants. Educational qualifications include a massage therapy certification from TESST College of Technology-Beltsville, completed between 2003 and 2005, and studies at Virginia Commonwealth University from 2001 to 2004.
