Dass Ramadass

Dass is a former HPU Alumni who graduated with Magna Cum Laude honors in Business Administration in 1985. He was awarded the outstanding student award in addition to a full scholarship for a Masters in Business Administration. He joined National Mortgage and Finance Company, Ltd. in 1986 as an intern and was later tasked as a Commercial Property Manager responsible for commercial properties in Honolulu and Guam. He also successfully initiated the start up of several new housing developments for the City and County of Honolulu’s Housing Division in the 1990s. With over 30 years of property management experience, Dass is currently the President of Hawaiian Properties, Ltd, which has grown from an original staff of 10 to 140, managing more than 200 associations on Oahu and 50 associations on the island of Hawaii.
