Hilary Wells has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Hilary is currently serving as the Chief HR Officer at Sony, a position they have held since December 2021. Prior to this, they were the HR Director at Hawk-Eye Innovations Ltd starting from June 2017.
In 2016, Hilary founded their own company called Third Approach, where they served as the Founder & Director until April 2020. During their time there, they focused on partnering with clients to facilitate sustainable growth through organizational design programs.

Hilary Wells has a BA(Hons) degree in Corporate Communication (2:1) from Solent University, which was obtained between 1993 and 1996. In 2002, they attended Malpas to achieve an Assoc CIPD (Merit) degree. In 2013, Hilary attended INSEAD and focused on Business Strategy for HR Leaders. Hilary then obtained a Certification in Systemic Team Coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching in 2016. Lastly, in 2017, Hilary studied Organisation & Relationship Systems Coaching at CRR Global.
