Kat Hayes is an experienced network and communication systems engineer with a diverse background in technology and support roles. Currently serving as a Senior Network Engineer at Hawk-Eye Innovations Ltd since August 2019 and as a Communication Systems Engineer at McLaren Technology Group since July 2017, Hayes has extensive expertise in providing high-quality remote support for contact center solutions, specializing in call recording. Previous positions include Software Engineer - T3 Lead at Vertu and Technical Specialist at Verint-Systems, where responsibilities included advanced support for service requests and customer satisfaction. Additionally, experience as a Network Support Engineer at ITC Global Security involved delivering exceptional customer service to blue-chip customers. Hayes holds a Bachelor of Music in Music Performance from Trinity College of Music, as well as A Level education from New College Nottingham and St. John Houghton Catholic Comprehensive.
