Cameron Carson has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Cameron started their career as an Infantry Paratrooper in the US Army from 1994 to 1999. Following their military service, they worked at Disneyland as a Host/Cook/Receiver for over a decade.
In 2001, Cameron joined Invensys Controls as an Engineering Intern, where they collaborated with various departments and gained experience in product design and testing. From 2002 to 2004, they co-owned and managed Creative Advertising Solutions, LLC, overseeing administrative functions and achieving profitability within the first year.
In 2003, they joined Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company as a Mechanical Engineer, working on multiple projects and gaining experience in design and analysis. Cameron then transitioned to a role at Hawk Ridge Systems as an Applications Engineer from 2006 to 2008, providing pre-sales presentations and technical support for SolidWorks products.
Cameron progressed to Regional Engineering Manager at Hawk Ridge Systems from 2009 to 2011, where they led a team of Applications Engineers and managed technical sales, operations, and service. Cameron then held the position of Senior Vice President of Engineering from 2012 to the present, leading the Technical Sales and Professional Services organizations to boost profitability and drive long-term growth. In 2013, they also took on the role of Business Manager for 3D Printing Operations & Sales, where they played a key role in developing the organization and securing profitable new business.
Throughout their career, Cameron has shown strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a track record of achieving results.
Cameron Carson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona in the years 2000-2003. Cameron also pursued Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Studies, at UC Irvine. Additionally, Cameron has a certification in SolidWorks Professional.
