Phillip Arthur-Manoy

Phillip Arthur-Manoy is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in surgical services and cancer management. Currently serving as the Associate General Manager for Surgery & Electives and Deputy Service Director for Surgical Services at Hawke's Bay District Health Board since April 2017, Phillip previously held the position of Divisional Director for Cancer Services at East and North Herts NHS Trust from June 2016 to April 2017. Prior to that, Phillip was the General Manager of Surgery at East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust from June 2011 to May 2016. Phillip holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of Portsmouth (1997-2001) and completed the Cranfield Advanced Development Programme at Cranfield University in 2016.
