Viv Moule

Viv Moule has extensive experience in human resources and community development, currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Hawke's Bay Regional Council since October 1989. Prior to this role, Viv was the Regional Community Development Officer at Hawke's Bay United Council from 1987 to October 1989, and worked as a Residential Social Worker at the Department of Social Welfare from 1977 to 1989. Educational background includes attendance at Ilfracombe Grammar from 1963 to 1967.
