Gabe Lynott has an extensive background in both the culinary and electrical trades. Currently serving as an Electrical Apprentice at Hawkeye Electric since July 2016, Gabe is in the process of joining the IBEW Electrical apprenticeship. Previous experience includes various roles at Hy-Vee, Inc., where responsibilities ranged from Seafood Department Manager to Chef and Kitchen Clerk. Gabe's earlier career involved management positions at Butcher Block Steakhouse and The Airliner, alongside culinary roles at several restaurants, including Lava - Latin Asian Fusion Restaurant and Zins Restaurant. Gabe holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Culinary Arts from Kirkwood Community College, earned between 2008 and 2010.
