Brian Garzione

Brian Garzione is a Partner at Hawkins Delafield & Wood LLP, with experience since July 2010 representing municipalities and underwriters in public finance transactions as both disclosure counsel and underwriters' counsel. Prior to this role, Brian served as an Associate at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP from October 2004 to March 2009, where representation included public and private corporations, private equity firms, and hedge funds in various corporate transactions, negotiating essential agreements. Brian holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from Loyola University Maryland.
