Charlotte Soto

Charlotte Soto has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Charlotte currently works at HawkSEM as a Lead Digital Strategist, where they are responsible for managing client portfolios, overseeing data-driven marketing strategy, and conducting SEO and market research engagements. Charlotte has also played a key role in improving content delivery and quality through successful outsourcing. Prior to HawkSEM, Charlotte worked at TECLA as a Search Engine Optimization Manager, where they successfully helped the team scale organic visibility and qualified traffic on-site. Charlotte has also held the position of Content Director at Sienna Charles and has worked in various roles at Edufficient, including Senior SEO Marketing Manager, SEO/Content Marketing Manager, Senior College Marketing Analyst, and College Marketing Analyst. Charlotte's earlier experience includes working as a Special Education Paraprofessional at ESS | Source4Teachers and as an Admissions Representative/Executive Assistant to College Founder at Valor Christian College.

Charlotte Soto's education history begins in 2012 when they obtained an Associate's Degree in Missions/Missionary Studies and Missiology from Valor Christian College. Charlotte furthered their education by earning a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Ohio Christian University between 2014 and 2016.

In 2017, they pursued a Master's Degree in Business & Marketing Education with a Concentration in Community College Curriculum & Instruction from Ball State University - Miller College of Business, completing it in 2018.

Currently, Charlotte is enrolled at Grand Canyon University, where they are pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) in Marketing since 2020. The expected completion date for this degree is in 2024.

In addition to their formal education, Charlotte has obtained several certifications. In 2022, they completed the Human Research - Social Behavioral Research and Responsible Conduct of Research certifications from the CITI Program. Charlotte also obtained the Google Analytics Certification from Google in the same year.
