Emma Horsley

Emma Horsley has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Emma is currently working at Hawksmoor as the Head of Culture. Prior to that, they worked at Watershed School as an Associate Coach & Trainer. Emma also held positions at Polpo Ltd as a People Manager, Open House London Ltd as a Training and Development Manager, Cubitt House Group as an Operations Manager, Adam Street as a General Manager, and The Stag, Hampstead as a Co-Owner. Emma's work experience spans from 2002 to the present, showcasing their expertise in culture, learning and development, people management, and operations.

Emma Horsley attended The University of Manchester from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a BA degree in French Language and Literature. Prior to that, they attended Oakham School from 1989 to 1996. In addition, they obtained a Level 7 Diploma in Executive Coaching and Mentoring from ILM in 2021.
