Aedan James is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across diverse industries. Currently serving as the Director of Professional Services and Director of Customer Service at HawkSoft since May 2016, Aedan also owns and operates Verity Coaching, where the focus is on helping clients clarify their goals and navigate change. Previous experience includes roles as a Real Estate Broker, Operations Manager at viagogo, Director of Services and Customer Support at Cornerstone Revolutions, Co-Founder/Consultant at The GoodJames Group, Director of Operations at GBCblue, Equity Originations Manager at Wells Fargo Bank, Quality Assurance Manager at Affiliated Computer Services, and Business Manager at Microsoft, where Aedan oversaw significant operational improvements and managed large teams.
