Brent Wilson

Brent Wilson is a partner at Hawley Troxell, where Brent specializes in bankruptcy and creditor rights, representing a diverse clientele including lenders, landlords, creditors, trustees, and purchasers in various proceedings such as Chapter 7 liquidations and Chapter 11 reorganizations. Prior to this role, Brent served as a law clerk for the Honorable Jim D. Pappas at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court / Bankruptcy Appellate Panel for the Ninth Circuit from 2012 to 2015. Brent holds a Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law (2008-2011) and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University Bloomington (1998-2002).
