Manuel H. has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries. Manuel began their career at Cerveceria Nacional Dominicana, where they worked as a Production Supervisor intern. Manuel then moved on to Fibras Dominicanas as an Industrial Engineer and Quality Manager. Manuel joined Bratex Dominicana as a Jr. Plant Engineer before transitioning to Colgate-Palmolive. At Colgate-Palmolive, Manuel held various roles, including Plant Manager, Project/Industrial/General Services Manager, SAP Data Manager & Supply Chain Regional Support, Manufacturing System Manager, Communication & Organizational Manager, Production Planner-Buyer, EOHS Coordinator, Project Engineer, and Industrial Engineer.

After their time at Colgate-Palmolive, Manuel worked at Quala S.A. as a Manufacturing Manager, overseeing three production plants and more than 500 employees. Manuel then joined Grupo Mercasid as a Plant Manager, where they were responsible for the reconditioning and start-up of a detergent plant acquired from Colgate.

Manuel's most recent position is at Hayco, where they have held several roles, including Senior Program Manager, Senior PM Group Manager, and currently as an Associate Director Program Manager.

Manuel H. has a diverse education history. Manuel obtained a Micro-Master degree in Project Management from RIT /edX in 2018-2019 and another Micro-Master degree in Supply Chain Management from MIT /edX in 2017-2019. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in Business Administration from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra from 1996-1999. In 1995-1996, Manuel completed a Postgraduate program in Industrial Engineering in Total Quality from Universidad Autonoma de Santo Domingo. Their educational journey began with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra from 1988-1993. Additionally, Manuel has obtained several certifications, including Micromaster in Project Management from edX in October 2018, and multiple edX Verified Certificates related to Project Management and Supply Chain Management.
