This senior quality manager role is ideal for someone who thrives in a cross-functional environment and enjoys driving improvement. You'll be the quality champion, overseeing the entire product lifecycle and customer service, and working with various teams to identify and fix issues. You'll not only solve problems but also implement solutions that prevent them from happening again.
Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Engineering, or a related discipline.
A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in either quality management or relevant experience applying technical skills to ensure quality in the entire product lifecycle, complex systems or processes.
Product development experience with both software and hardware components.
Proficiency in system and software development processes and methods (preferred).
Quality Tools: Experience with configuration management, test management, defect management, and requirements management tools.
