Kevin Willis

Mr. Willis has over 18 years of local Land Surveying experience and has worked with Hayden Frye & Associates, Inc. since its inception in 2003. Mr. Willis worked with the Virginia Department of Transportation as a Survey Crew Chief. He attended Old Dominion University and has completed a Land Surveyor education program through VDOT and approved by the licensing board. His technical skills include AutoCAD and MicroStation survey computations and point manipulation, Total Stations, GPS, Robotic Instruments, various Data Collectors and programs.
