Jodi Narahara has extensive experience in the Human Resources field. Jodi began their career in 1991 as Manager, Training and Development at J. Crew Inc. In 2000, they moved to MDaudit, where they held the roles of Director, HR, Vice President, People Strategies, and Chief People Officer (CPO). As CPO, they were responsible for overseeing a team of professionals who delivered labor relations, compensation, benefits, and employee services, talent acquisition, training and education/performance development, technical and analytical services. Jodi also developed a corporate strategy to engage, retain and develop Hayes teams and individuals and developed cross-functional collaboration and partnerships to support business growth throughout the company.
Jodi Narahara graduated from Springfield College in 1982 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. In 2015, they obtained a Certified Talent Management Professional certification from the Institute of Organization Development.
