Eric Lu has over 27 years of experience in engineering, project management, and quality management within the precision manufacturing industry. Currently serving as Chief Project Engineer and Quality Manager at Hayes Performance Systems since May 2014, Eric has previously held significant roles such as Engineering Deputy Manager at Sixxon Precision Machinery Co., LTD from October 2012 to May 2014 and Chief Project Engineer at Hayes Performance Systems from March 2007 to September 2012. Earlier in Eric's career, positions included Product Development Engineer at Sixxon Precision Machinery Co., LTD from October 2004 to March 2007 and Mechanical Project Engineer at Simmons International from November 1996 to September 2004.
