Michele Orefice

Michele Orefice has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Michele began their career in 2000 at Caterpillar Inc., where they worked as an Engineering Supervisor and later as an Engineering Technical Leader. In these roles, they were responsible for managing teams, installing electric generators, and overseeing budgets and project duration.

In 2009, Orefice joined Ferri srl as an After Sales Manager and later moved to Fayat Bomag GmbH & Co. in 2010, where they served as a Team Project Leader.

From 2016 to 2021, Orefice worked at Energreen Germany GmbH, starting as a Technical Leader and then transitioning into the role of Product Manager.

Currently, Orefice is employed at Hayes Performance Systems as a Customer Application Engineer, starting in 2021.

Michele Orefice completed their education at two institutions. From 1988 to 1992, they attended ITIS Odone Belluzzi, although the specific degree earned and field of study pursued are not mentioned.
