Andy Pickard

Andy Pickard has over 20 years of work experience in various technology and consulting roles. Andy is currently the Chief Technology Officer at Hayfin Capital Management LLP since April 2020. Prior to that, they were a Practice Adviser at Coeus Consulting from August 2019 to January 2020. From 2016 to 2019, Andy worked at Provident Financial Group and held the positions of CIO and Head of IT Delivery. Before that, they were the Head of Analytics and BI Operations at bwin.party digital entertainment from 2014 to 2016. Andy also has experience in senior leadership positions at Gilead Sciences, Electronic Arts, and Deloitte UK. Andy began their career as a Business Intelligence Consultant at Lysander Systems in 1998.

Andy Pickard attended Harrogate Grammar School, where they completed their secondary education. After graduating from high school, they enrolled at the University of Nottingham in 1992 and completed their studies in Civil Engineering in 1995.
