Bethan Norman

Bethan Norman has a diverse work experience in the creative industry. Bethan started their career as a work placement at Darling Associates in 2009. Bethan then worked as a creative intern at Maynard Malone in 2013 and as a creative intern at Dare in 2014. In 2014, they also began freelancing as a junior designer/art director until 2014. From 2014 to 2018, they worked as an art director at Initials, where they also held the role of junior designer from 2014 to 2015. Bethan then joined Grey London as an art director from 2018 to 2019. Currently, they are employed at Haygarth, where they started as an art director from 2019 to 2021, then became a senior art director from 2021 to 2023, and is now working as a creative group head from 2023 onwards.

Bethan Norman attended St Mary's School for Girls from 2006 to 2009. Following that, they enrolled at Colchester Sixth Form College in 2009 and completed their studies there in 2011. Afterward, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Communications at the University of Reading, where they studied from 2011 to 2014.
