Jon Houppert

Jon Houppert has a strong background in the insurance industry, with experience at multiple companies. Jon worked as the Director of Operation at Haylor, Freyer & Coon, Inc. from 2013, where they streamlined processes, implemented training programs, and managed the Commercial Lines operations. Jon also co-chaired the Organic Growth Committee, focused on increasing sales. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Business Development, creating a centralized new business marketing department and renegotiating carrier contracts.

Before joining Haylor, Freyer & Coon, Inc., Jon was the Sales Director at Reagan Companies from 2012 to 2013, where they managed insurance sales and developed strategies for revenue expansion. Jon also held the position of Vice President at USI Insurance Services from 2010 to 2011. Earlier in their career, Jon worked at Liberty Mutual Insurance as a Regional Sales Manager and Senior Sales Representative.
