Charles Rowlett possesses extensive experience in safety and risk management within the emergency medical services field. Currently serving as Safety/Risk Management Manager at Haynes Ambulance Service since October 2020, Charles also holds the position of President at the Alabama EMS Foundation since February 2019. Previously, Charles worked at Care Ambulance from June 2006 to October 2020 in various roles, including Safety Officer, EMT II, and Shift Supervisor. Additionally, Charles was the former President of the Alabama EMS Association from January 2011 to October 2020. Educationally, Charles Rowlett holds a Master's in Business Administration and Management, a Master's in Occupational Health and Safety, and a Bachelor's in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration, all obtained from Columbia Southern University. Charles also completed studies at Alabama Fire College and graduated from Chilton County High.
