Ray Johnson

Ray Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Ray began their career as a Manager at Gravity Play, Inc from January 2003 to August 2006, where they oversaw daily operations, performed inventory and equipment repairs, and delivered and set up equipment.

In 2009, they worked as a Marketing Intern at Apartment Investment and Management Company, where they researched and sourced promotional products, assisted with nationwide furniture promotion, and coordinated with operational and marketing team leaders.

From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a Collections Intern at Apartment Investment and Management Company, rolling out commercial collections efforts for Aimco commercial properties, assisting with SOP document creation, and generating reports using Excel.

At Aimco, they continued to grow professionally and held various roles. From March 2015 to October 2015, they worked as a Community Manager at The Crescent at West Hollywood for Aimco.

In 2016, they joined Steadfast Companies as a Community Manager, a position they held until March 2018.

From June 2018 to January 2020, they worked as a Talent Coach at Cortland before transitioning to the role of Talent Development Manager from January 2020 to June 2021.

Ray'smost recent position is with Haynes Mechanical Systems, starting in August 2021, where they work in sales.

Ray Johnson earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Business Administration from Concordia University-Wisconsin, where they attended from 2007 to 2011.
