Joel Knight

Joel Knight is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in senior finance roles, currently serving as a Senior Manager at Hays since October 2015. Specializing in the recruitment of CFO, FD, FC, and FP&A positions, Joel has developed a strong expertise in the insurance, legal, and professional services sectors, working with a range of organizations from start-ups to international listed companies. Prior to this role, Joel held various positions within Hays Senior Finance, including Manager and Senior Consultant. Additionally, from September 2013 to May 2015, Joel worked as Rugby Development Manager at Havant Rugby Football Club, focusing on building strategic relationships to enhance the development of rugby. Joel holds a 2:1 BSc (Hons) in Sports Conditioning, Rehabilitation, and Massage from Cardiff Metropolitan University and A Levels in Physical Education, History, and Psychology from Oaklands Roman Catholic School and Sixth Form College.
