Alistair Cox

Alistair Cox is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in various sectors, particularly in recruitment and technology. Serving as the Former Chief Executive of Hays since 2007, Alistair has overseen operations in a market-leading recruitment agency with a global presence. Currently, Alistair holds the position of Non-Executive Director at RELX and has served in similar roles at Just Eat Takeaway.com and 3i Group plc. Prior experience includes leading Xansa as Chief Executive, where Alistair transformed the company into a significant player in Applications Management and Business Process Outsourcing. Alistair's career also encompasses roles in engineering and management consulting with Schlumberger and McKinsey & Co. Alistair holds an MBA from Stanford University and a BSc in Aerospace Engineering from The University of Salford.
