Tweed Hanusek

Tweed Hanusek has a strong background in quality assurance and regulatory affairs, with extensive experience in the biotechnology and medical device industries. They are currently serving as the Head of QA/RA at Haystack Oncology, starting in October 2022. Prior to this, Hanusek held the position of Senior Director QA/RA at Adaptive Biotechnologies Corp. from April 2022 to October 2022, and Senior Director Quality Assurance from October 2019 to October 2022. They also served as Director QA/RA at Agendia from November 2017 to October 2019.

Before joining Agendia, Hanusek held various roles at Abbott, starting as a Medical Events Manager from December 2010 to August 2014, and then promoted to Manager Divisonal Compliance & Training from August 2014 to November 2017. Prior to Abbott, they served as a Regulatory Compliance Manager at Ventana Medical Systems from March 2008 to December 2010.

Hanusek began their career at St. Jude Medical, where they worked as a Regulatory Compliance Manager from November 2002 to January 2007. Before that, they gained experience as a Manager of Product Complaints at Boston Scientific from January 2007 to March 2008. Hanusek's early experience includes a role as a Lab Technician at Baxter International Inc. from 1995 to 1997.

From 1988 to 1992, Tweed Hanusek attended Eckerd College, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology.
